Reflection:


  Well this statement is a great statement because it saying that if you’re not inspired to be what you want to be you won’t ever do  it a good way but if your inspired on something you will do it with love and care and the education not only comes from the mind but also from the heart. 
Environmental health specialists

Duties and responsibilities:
Sanitarians or environmental health enforce governmental regulations and advice and educate clients. They also improve water and sanitation facilities and are involved in improving the quality of community environments. They often:
·         Collect and analyze samples.
·       Screen samples for possible health hazards.
·       Design, or analyze sanitation.
·       Oversee disposal of infectious wastes.
·       Develop and manage preventions and education programs.
·       Evaluate and identify health hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.

Average salary: $25,000-$50,000

Educational requirements:

Students should take college preparatory courses, especially in mathematics and science, during high school.

A career as a sanitarian or environmental health specialists requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in environmental health or environmental engineering. Many jobs require certification and/or a master’s degree in these, or related fields.

Emergency medical technician
Duties and responsibilities:

    Emergency medical technicians or EMT’S usually work in teams of two in specially designed ambulances. They prove immediate life or limb saving medical treatment at the scenes of accidents and injuries as well as transport causalities to hospitals emergency for further care. The job is both physically demanding and stressful. Emergency medical technicians often respond to:
  • ·        Automobile accidents
  • ·        Heart attack
  • ·        Gunshot wounding
  • ·        Unscheduled childbirth
  • ·        Drowning
  • ·        Other serious medical emergencies


Average salary: $25,000-$37,000

Education requirements:

     Students must have a high school diploma (in some areas GED certification may be submitted) in order to become an emergency medical technicians. Driver’s education, health, and science courses are strongly recommended and may be required before enrolling in some training programs.

    Basic emergency medical technician training includes about 100-120 hours spend in the class room and 10 hours in a hospital emergency room. Emergency medical technicians are required to pass a state licensed or certification tests and participate in continuing education programs. Many emergency medical technicians earn associate degree in their field.

Dialysis Technician
                   

  Duties and responsibilities:
   
     Dialysis technicians operate machines that remove waste and excess fluids from the blood of patients whose kidneys can no longer carry out those functions. Dialysis technicians are also referred to as renal dialysis technicians, hemodialysis technicians, or nephrology technicians. They work under the supervision of physicians, primarily in hospitals. And clinics. 
     
    Dialysis technicians must fully understand the operation of the kidney dialysis machines. They are responsible for their operation, cleaning, and sterilization. They must also fully understand their patient’s needs. Dialysis technicians carefully monitor and record weigh and vital signs before, during, and after the blood cleaning procedures. Additionally, they instruct patients about in-home treatments. Because dialysis technicians work with blood, they must exercise strict safety precautions against infectious diseases such as hepatitis and AIDS.

Duties and responsibilities:
  
   Dental assistant help dentist provide dental care. They often work in teams with dental hygienists and laboratory technicians. They may work in health clinics, dental schools, nursing homes, and the military, but usually they work in dentists in private practice. Dental assistant duties include:
·       Helping patients feel comfortable during treatment.
·       Taking and developing dental x-rays.
·       Taking medical historians for patients.
·       Sterilizing and preparing dental instruments and equipment.
·       Instructing patients about health care include brushing and flossing.
·       Performing office management tasks.
Average Salary:  $14,000-$25,000
Educational requirements:
Dental assistant must have a high school diploma or a GED certificate.
They must receive additional training at a community college, vocational schools, or dental school to learn their skills. Length of programs varies between six months and one year. To become certified, dental assistant must pass an examination from Dental Assistant National Board.
